Thank you for visiting the Babygifts4u ('the Site'). The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from Babygifts4u ('the Company'). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
Prices
The prices on this website are published on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Shipping & Returns
Prices of individual items do not include delivery charges. Delivery will be charged in accordance with the delivery method and as displayed on the Site. Delivery charges may be amended at any stage to reflect a change in costs. We use a third-party courier service to deliver goods and specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days. The customer is responsible for providing correct address and telephone details for delivery purposes. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall or damaged goods of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within four days of receipt of goods. The Company cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations outside the EU. All products remain the property of Babygifts4u until full payment is received.
We really hope you love what you've ordered but if for any reason you are unhappy, you have the right to return the item to us within 7 days of delivery for refund or replacement. We would ask you to contact us in advance to fill us in on what went wrong and to receive a Returns Authorisation Number in order for us to keep a track of your goods. Ownership Rights and Limitation
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.
Limitation as to Damages
The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused.
Privacy
We are committed to the security and privacy of our customers. Under no circumstances will we rent, sell, or otherwise convey to any third party the e-mail addresses or any other personal information pertaining to our customers and partners. Since we use Paypal exclusively for our credit card processing, we do not store any credit card information on file whatsoever.
Security
The Company uses PayPal exclusively for our credit card processing which automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
General
The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. |
